Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total scheduled service amount.
On-the-day cancellations / No-shows, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a 100% charge of the total scheduled service amount.
All new colour clients are required to pay a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure their appointment.- This fee is deducted from the total cost of the colour service on the day, so it is not an extra or random charge.
The fee is transferable to a new appointment date only if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
The booking fee is separate from the cancellation charges listed above - If a client cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice or fails to attend, the £50 booking fee does not replace or cover the 50% or 100% cancellation charge - In these cases, an additional payment may be required to meet the total cancellation fee.
