The degree covered business, leadership, physical and mental health, psychology, and how to create a more relaxing client experience, along with deep study into the chemistry and biology of the hair, scalp, and colour. A highlight of the programme was an unforgettable visit to the Wella Professionals Research & Development Centre, where Terri met with scientists and explored upcoming innovations in hair technology.

In the event that you are unable to attend your hair appointment please let us know with as much notice as possible. Less than 48hrs notice to cancel will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee, and a no show appointment will be charged a 100% of the appointment fee. Thanks for your understanding.
