As part of the very first cohort, she trained in London and graduated from Glasgow University in 2025. The degree covered business, leadership, physical and mental health, psychology, and how to create a more relaxing client experience, along with deep study into the chemistry and biology of the hair, scalp, and colour. A highlight of the programme was an unforgettable visit to the Wella Professionals Research & Development Centre, where Terri met with scientists and explored upcoming innovations in hair technology.

Policies
In the event that you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. Less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee, a no show appointment will be charged a 100% of the appointment fee.
For all new colour clients a consultation is required at least 48hrs prior to the appointment, a small nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your first colour appointment with us and this is deducted on the day of your colour appointment.
